I will have to format my computer but I don’t want to lose the data that I already entered on Boonzi. How can I do it?
To ensure access to your profile file, you need to do a manual backup.
1. Locate your profile file (in Settings -> Profile – click on the path to the file which is under the title File location to see where your profile file is stored)
2. Store it in a pen or in a folder on Dropbox, Google Drive or other Cloud. You can – instead – activate Boonzi Premium (Settings> Synchronize) and upload your profile to the Cloud, synchronizing afterwards.
After formatting your computer:
- Go to www.boonzi.com/demo and download Boonzi again.
- After installing Boonzi, activate it with your license and choose “Open an existing profile”.
- Open your previously saved profile file and you are ready to continue working with the same profile without losing any data.
