Futurespiral, Lda. (“Webfuel”) manages several online services, including boonzi.pt and boonzi.com. It is the policy of Webfuel to respect Users privacy regarding any information collected during the use of our websites.
Site Visitors
Like in most websites on the Internet, Webfuel collects anonymous statistics typically provided by web-browsers and web servers – namely, the browser type, language, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. The purpose on collecting this information, which doesn’t identify users, is to better understand how visitors use the site and improve the service. The Webfuel can occasionally publish or share aggregated statistical reports that do not identify the users (for example, by publishing a report on the most visited pages).
Users of the Service
Webfuel ensures that the privacy, confidentiality and security of the data collected by the Service will be completely kept. However, the Webfuel cannot be held liable for the others actions.
Under no circumstances will be provided or disclosed data to other people or businesses for advertising or marketing purposes without the express consent of our Users.
In case of failure of the Terms of Service by the User your data may be provided to law-enforcement authorities, or in the event of court notice for purposes of law enforcement.
By downloading the Program, the User authorizes the reception of email communications relating to the Service, new related Services, or tips on it’s use and may remove his subscription at any time.
Database
All data generated by the user when using the Service are recorded in the Users’ computer, not on Webfuel servers. Webfuel has no access to the user data, neither has other ways to access it.
The following data for each user is stored on Webfuel servers:
- Name, email and tax information;
- License number and the number of activations
- Encrypted MAC addresses
Point 1 is necessary to operate the Service and for tax and law enforcement.
Points 2 and 3 are needed to operate the Service in order to ensure compliance with the Terms and Conditions of Service.
Boonzi Cloud
Boonzi Cloud is an optional and complementary service to the Program which allows the User to synchronize his data between several devices. In order to do that, it is necessary to store data from the User on the Program’s servers.
This service is inactive by default since its activation by the User is optional. By activating this Service, the User acknowledges that during the synchronization his data will propagate through the internet and will be stored on the Program’s servers.
All data stored in the Boonzi Cloud belongs to the User and Webfuel will not analyze, access or share any data stored on the Boonzi Cloud except if given formal and clear authorization by the User.
Business Transfers
If Webfuel or all of its assets are substantially purchased, or in the unlikely event of Webfuel enter bankruptcy, user information will be transferred to third parties. You acknowledge that such transfers may happen, and that the purchaser will continue to use your personal information as defined in this policy.
Changes to Privacy Policy
Though most changes are probably language retouching, Webfuel may change this Privacy Policy occasionally. Webfuel encourages visitors to visit this page often to check any change in this Privacy Policy. Your continued use of the Service after any change to this Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
