This is a very rare problem that can be solved by resetting your installation.

To do this, simply:

  1. Press Ctrl + Alt + Del, look for Boonzi on the list. Once you find it choose to “End Task”.
  2. Then erase the BoonziConfig.db file in the C: \ Users \ [your username] \ AppData \ Roaming \ com.boonzi.desktop \ Local Store
  3. Finally, simply restart Boonzi

You will need to activate Boonzi with your license again, and choose “Open an existing profile” option to open your profile.
