Dropbox has a known problem, which causes instability in various applications, and Boonzi is also affected. When you are using Boonzi, it writes data on your profile. Dropbox detects the changes, and at that time “locks” the writing on the file to be able to synchronize. However, sometimes the file is locked before all data is recorded, causing critical errors.

To avoid this problem, we strongly recommend you do not use Dropbox to sync your Boonzi profile.

You can use an alternative solution, such as Google Drive, or, preferably Boonzi’s own synchronization service included in the Boonzi Premium license, a service designed especially for you to manage your financial life anywhere.
