I can mark transactions with colors?
Yes. Beside each transaction – on the Transactions screen- appears a small rectangle. By placing the mouse on top of this rectangle, a list of colors appears and you can choose to mark the transaction. The functionality of “Tagging” transactions with a color can be used for various purposes. One of the most obvious, is to serve as support for Bank Reconciliation. Imagine that for some strange reason the balance in Boonzi does not match the balance in your bank extract. When comparing your transactions list on Boonzi with the list in your bank extract, you can now mark those that correspond in green so that you can easily find the wrong transaction. Obviously, there may be many other uses for this feature.
